   Ltd, are free of any liable or any other legal action, in whole or

4. Users are urge to refrain from
   posting any language, content and information that contradict the
   laws of Uganda. The responsibility of any such illegal language,
   content and information fall fully upon the user. BBNet exonerates
   itself to be a party of any legal consequences resulting from the
   posting of such material.

   
   

5. BBNet will attempt to take the
   necessary action within a reasonable period time on the submission
   of any complaint, arising from the exchanges on the website, should
   the grounds of that complaint be substantiated. However, BBNet
   exonerates itself of any legal obligation to act.

   
   

6. In the unlikely event and due to
   reasons unforeseen or otherwise, the website malfunctions and gives
   false results or impressions; these BBNet and its parent company,

   the structure, the content, the style, the functioning and any other
   aspect of its website at any time without user notification.

   
   

8. BBNet equally reserves the
   unconditional right to remove, even ban, users on the website

9. With regard to winning bids, BBNet promotes the policy that buyer
   and seller are to respect the winning bid for 72 hours.
   Failure to close the transaction within this period, frees all
   parties from any obligation.
